This month, May 2014, two teams of Barclay students and profs are leaving the comforts of home to learn and serve overseas alongside Christian ministries. This group was selected from a  pool of applicants to be part of our pilot year of Juniors Global at Barclay College in Haviland, Kansas. The hope for this global experience is for the students to grow through experiencing firsthand  Christian life, service, and leadership in the global classroom.

Although different in many regards, these students have one thing in common and that is they have never been on a missions trip before. As we’ve met over the semester to prepare, the groups have discussed, planned and prayed for these two trips. Needless to say, all are excited and anticipating to be changed through this unique experience together.
